In-office whitening –
whitening is done inside the dental clinic; it uses high concentration (15-50%
hydrogen peroxide) an agent with or without blue light exposure; it takes about
1-1 ½ hour treatment with immediate result
At-home whitening –
whitening is done at home with whitening gel & customize teeth tray; gels
available with 10% 15% & 20% concentration; results shows after 5-7 days
and is recommended to use for 2 weeks

the teeth from 5-12 shades depending on the individual’s teeth reaction.
